Phil Rosenthal (guitar & lead vocalist). Phil was the lead singer for many years with the legendary band the Seldom Scene and is a successful songwriter whose compositions have been recorded by many leading bluegrass & country music performers including Johnny Cash and Bill Monroe. He was appointed the prestigious official State Troubadour by the Connecticut Commission on the Arts in 1994.

Beth Sommers (bass fiddle & lead vocalist) Beth plays the bass fiddle and contributes lovely lead and harmony vocals. She was a member of the 70's band Old Dog, and is also an accomplished songwriter whose songs have been recorded by Bill Harrell, the Seldom Scene and others. She is the co-founder, with Phil Rosenthal, of the acclaimed American Melody record label.

Dave Kiphuth (banjo & lead vocalist) Dave’s dynamic banjo playing combines elements of traditional and modern styles into a sound distinctly his own. He was a founding member of the seminal Connecticut band Apple Country, helped found the innovative mythological band Lonesome Dave and the North Dixie Road Kings, and played with John Rossbach & Chestnut Grove.

Stacy Phillips (fiddle, dobro & lead vocalist) An internationally acclaimed dobro player & fiddler, Stacy has recorded or performed with Bela Fleck, Mark O’Connor and many others. He is featured artist on the 1995 Grammy award-winning album The Great Dobro Sessions. Stacy authored over 25 books and videos on the dobro and violin and is on countless albums as soloist and accompanist.

Phil Zimmerman (mandolin, guitar & lead vocalist) Phil’s creative mandolin playing and strong lead and harmony vocals have won him many fans. Currently also a member of the popular bluegrass bands Traver Hollow and American Flyer, he was a founding member of Connecticut’s groundbreaking, new acoustic Last Fair Deal and was one of Ernie Sykes’ original Sykes Boys.
